SHAKE - Pour 180 - 220ml of cold water, non fat milk or other preferred beverage in a shaker cup and add 1 level scoop. Cover and shake for 10 - 15 seconds.
BLEND - Fill a blender with 180ml of water, non fat milk or or your favourite beverage along with 1 to 2 ice cubes. Then add 1 level scoop and blend for 10 - 15 seconds.
STIR - 100% Giant Whey mixes instantly when stirred with a spoon. Just fill a glass with approximately 180 - 200ml of water or your favourite beverage and add 1 level scoop. Stir with a spoon for 10 - 15 seconds or until powder is completely dissolved.
